Help no luck port forwarding

This is my first time trying this but its now getting me down, I want to run my own ark server, I found out i was behind a nat and paid the extra to my isp for a static ip, I enabled Tcp/Udp 7777,7778,27015,27020 , but without any luck at all, when i go on the net and use a port checker i keep getting port 7777 is closed

Try using Port 9013 & Query Port 27036 both TCP/UDP. I had the same problem almost drove me insane. After a week of yelling at my computer(and everyone in the house) I came across an article (don't remember which one or where) but it said to use those ports and finally I was up and running! Good Luck.

I take it I will have to change the ports as well in the .bat file

Sry life happened but yes change them in the .bat file also
