Help finding mod

Saw this guy using a demo gun to easily pick up building parts like we used to do back in the S+ days. Gun I saw is at 4:23 into the video, can anyone help me find the mod that lets me use that?

Not sure that is a mod, I think it's just the Admin Blink Rifle from Creative mode.

If you would like a mod, then QoL+ is basically an evolution of S+ for ASA.

Looking at the description, it contains a multi purpose gun, in Structures mode, it can either Pick-Up, or Destroy.

Turns out, that's exactly what it is lol.
But I did find something as part of the Automated Ark mod as well.
