Does anyone know how to unlock Electronic Binoculars?

Does anyone know how to unlock the Electronic Binoculars via .ini code? in Ark Survival Ascended.
I've made several unsuccessful attempts:

EngramEntryAutoUnlocks=(EngramClassName="EngramEntry_WeaponElectronicBinoculars_C", LevelToAutoUnlock=5)
EngramEntryAutoUnlocks=(EngramClassName="EngramEntry_ElectronicBinoculars_C", LevelToAutoUnlock=5)

That would permanently unlock the Engramm to your character.

if u need it for a complete server, their are mods out their that change the binoculars restrictions.

afaik the only way to unlock it is to beat overseer on alpha difficulty.

I know about that, I would like to know the command via Game.ini to unlock it for the people playing on my server. Thank you for your attention.

I think the mod I've used that unlocks them is U+ (Utilities Plus).

You don't need a mod. On my dedicated server, members unlock automatically the engram at level 20, and I give them the binoculars with a console command (if the engram is not unlocked they can't use them).

This is the line in my game.ini file, and it perfectly works :

EngramEntryAutoUnlocks=(EngramClassName="EngramEntry_TekBinoculars_C",LevelToAutoUnlock=20)

As an admin you should really use Beacon. This tool makes server administration and ini changes incredibly easy and reliable. It supports ASA now.

Thank you very much for your response, it worked perfectly. I will look into learning more about the Beacon application.
