Where to report a player?

Looking on Ark (WildCards) website the link to submit a ticket just takes me back to the homepage.... Where can I report a player?

On a official PVE server, taming a dino and randomly a guy shows up and builds around us blocking the taming dino and us inside. This was in a creek bed with high mountains on each side so it didn't take him but a minute to place gates and ceilings over us.

Thanks for any help on finding out where to report such players.

walk to front door... open front door YELL the report as loud and as often as you want.... thats about as useful as it gets!

so go there click submit a ticket, and select code of conduct as this clearly violates it.
