Flyer movement speed

I'm currently playing on a friend's hosted server. I know there have been a few issues related to movement speed and flyer movement speed levelling for a while, though I am seeing reports that apparently the issue has now been fixed?

In the game.ini file, we have set bAllowSpeedLevelling=true and bAllowFlyerSpeedLevelling=true as well. Turning the server off, changing to true, and starting the server up again to ensure previous settings didn't overwrite the change. Though we are still unable to level up the speed of any of our mounts, though we are specifically looking to level our flying tames.

Is anyone else still experiencing this issue? Or if you happened to be in a similar situation but you are now able to level the movement speed of your tames, might I ask what steps did you take to enable levelling the stat? Also for the latter group, could you confirm if enabling the stat retroactively affected your tames, as in, tames you had before you made the change can now have their movement speed levelled.

Did your friend specifically enable speed levelling in the settings, not just ini?

The setting is broken. I've tried every way listed on every thread I could find on the internet. No matter what, it never becomes available to level.

We now have the issue fixed and can level the movement speed of our tames! To anyone else having this issue, here is how we fixed it:

bAllowSpeedLeveling=True
bAllowFlyerSpeedLeveling=True
In both Game.ini and GameUserSettings.ini

In the command line argument for the server, input: -AllowFlyerSpeedLeveling

Now to find a fix for constant crashes, but that appears to be a widespread issue with little to no fixes unfortunately

On my single player I've had allow flyer speed levelling set from the start, but it randomly started working immediately after an update about a week ago.
