Yes you can use behemoth gates about 5 should do it one on front of each other block the 2 entrance with doors and there you go same trap can be used for quetzels and argy

You're supposed to be able to, but I only had success after freeing the Rhynio.

It’s not to bad without it just clear the area and use a bow (not crossbow)
