resource caves on the island ?

i noticed that the eastern planes cliff face have a small nook with metal in it as well as a larger 2 mouthed mini cave nearby filled with metal and a small body of water, are these new additions to the island ? if so are there any others (outside of the underwater air pocket mini crystal caves)

found another nook further along the cliff with some more metal in it, 2 nooks and a cave with 2 entrances, metal nodes are tiny and give half the metal of full sized nodes but there are still quite a few of em

Ye there are some small non Monster thriving Caves with Metall Nodes in it
