Master Zoologist Achievement Bugged?

I have tamed everything on The Island, every thing on the list for the achievement legitimately no console commands and I did not get the achievement.

Including Titanosaur, Rhynio and Carcha? They may have updated the wikis since release of asa

Also, if it's like in ASE, you need to be near the dino when he's tamed. You are near enough if you see at the end of taming the pop-up asking you to name your new tame.

If you are too far, and you don't get this pop-up, the tame is not "registered" for the Master Zoologist Achievement. That's also why you don't get the check mark for the Explorer Note related to this dino. No check mark = not taken into account for the achievement.
