For example in ENGINE.INI added this at the end of the file:
[SystemSettings]
r.VolumetricFog=0 ; Clear water in ocean
r.VolumetricCloud=0 ; Remove moving clouds
grass.SizeScale=0.7 ; Define height of grass
grass.DensityScale=2.5 ; Define density of grass
The fog and the grass works. But the clouds are still there.
Then tested command line parameters for launching the game in steam.
Then tested running an -exec script via command line at start.
For most options these working too, but not for the clouds.
DisableWeatherFog=True
Maybe also try without the r.
VolumetricClouds=0
I would be curious to know.
When your PC looks like this, they are gorgeous.
https://ibb.co/ky7d8JR
rtx 4060
500gb ssd and a 2tb ssd[which the games runs on]
32gb ram
I7-3930k
the game looks gorgeous event with the clouds on, but like i said, i don't need my vision in game being impaired by clouds/fog when i'm already visually impaired
But it no mistaking the performance gain if turn them off, wish they was middle ground that left them on but maybe reduce the quality a bit, or fake it better in the distance, but have it real up close
