In front of the waterfall is a deep drop off with a huge area for water tames. You can build a walkway using pillars / ceilings in the shallow area that surrounds that drop off.
The wall facing the ocean will have a behemoth. Then you can build stairs up to the waterfall and build your land base there

Several streamers/youtubers are building in that general area on the north, so boring.... people dont think for thenselves anymore
The game is how many years old? Pick a spot on the map and someone has built there, are you really that much of a snowflake that you think you are in unique spot?
I don't watch youtubers or streamers but yes, out of the hundreds of streamers no doubt some have built there, I'm also sure out of the tens of thousands of players that play this game every day, someone has built there, in fact with servers at cap, this spot is 100% taken on every official server. What is your point?
Why don't you show us where your base is located seeing as you think you built in a super creative / unique location.
End of the day, I answered the OPs question while you came in with "No OnE iS OrIgINaL LiKe Me I'm SpEcIaL"
We are only talking about ASA here, no one used to build in that spot in ASE, and dont need to be triggered like that lol
Not playable, and that was the case for all of us, so everyone tried to host but ONLY the host had the problem.
