Crafting ini question

I am looking for the ini code where you can change the number per craft of an item I could have swore I’ve seen it used on a server quite some time ago.

Example: 1 charcoal + 1 sparkpowder = 2 gunpowder instead of 1.

I don’t need a blanket multiplier just the ini format I can use to change the outcome of whatever recipe I’m wanting such as when crafting gunpowder, cementing paste, sparkpowder, narcotics etc etc.
