Find all Explorer Notes for +10 Max Levels

Hey guys, today i beat Overseer and collected all explorer notes but i didnt get 10 extra levels. Am i bugged or its not possible to have +10 levels right now?

I think the levels are then available? you then need to like kill ♥♥♥♥ to level up - unsure though still finding them all myself

You unlock the ability to level up but you still got to level up you fool

Get as Chibi and level it up with Alpha XP only, that will unlock another 5 levels which you will also have to get the XP for to level up.

it could be that you habe to find all explorer notes that are in the game, so also all dlcs

assuming I have the same issue, have achievement for collecting notes and dossiers, all island engrams are showing unlocked (including the ???? notes and alpha tek cave

Confirmed that you do get +10 levels.
My implant says "Find all explorer notes for +10 max levels"
Tribemates says "all explorer notes found for +10 max levels"
All notes do show collected

Follow up, i figured mine out, reason was due to a roll back that happened. The notes I collected during the roll back, the graphic shows the note/dossier, however there is a lock symbol on it(not a blank lock with no discription). Assuming this was due to a server side/client side data storage as i got the achievement for 100% on both dossier/notes via steam
