Always freezing underwater, how to prevent?

Hi guys,

I am trying to access a cave up north, I wear scuba gear and some fur armor and made Fria Curry to stay warm, but when I go into the water I am always freezing, I can't even get to the bottom before my health is half thorugh. My fortitude is at 32 and nothing I do helps.

How can I get down there without freezing?

Fur armor loses its insulation once you enter water.

For most of us, a combination of high quality leather gloves, boots and a cap (if you dont need the SCUBA mask) plus a decent Otter settled it.
