Dino Name Translation completly wrong and Stupid, pls use orginal names

Stop the Translation from the Dinosour from the Right Name to German. At the Moment,calls the Raptor -Raubvogel or the Ankylosaurus calls now anomlousus. And other Stupid Names.pls Use the right scientific names for them and no stupid Fantasy name

My guess is that they had to translate everything for the game to be sold on consoles. Since Wildcard / Snailgames are broke, they just threw everything into google translate.

Jea but we learnt in Scool, dont Translate Names, and is so Right, an Ankylo sauros isnt a Fantasy Anomolousus, that word dont exist as nothing ^^"

This shouldn't be neccesary any more, since the update that caused all this translation mess, A:SE got a regular language selection in the properties panel.

The English names aren't correct, either. Brontosaurus never existed in real life. There's no such thing as a "Raptor" in English, unless you're talking about a whole family of animals. The Raptors shown in the game are about 4 times the size of velociraptor, and about half the size of utahraptor. It should either look like a larger microraptor, or it should be much larger than it currently is.

But I won't say too much more. You'll have to finish the story and read the survivor notes to understand the full story to know why these things are the way they are. It's a great plot twist, so I won't spoil it. Just know that misnaming things is intentional.
