How are we supposed to power turrets/lights/etc in a large base without cables? Are we just supposed to spam generators or is there a better way?

Generators have a large range, so yes put more down if your base it that big, they are wireless now

Got it. The range is indeed large, but unfortunately vertical coverage is bad because it's a sphere and gets narrower at top/bottom.

For large vertical structures/base I have used a upside triangle spacing for them, one near the center on bottom, two at edges on top, I make gen rooms to keep it some what quiet.

If i'm not mistaken Tek Generators have range increase/decrease. It would've been nice if regular Generators also had the option with corresponding Gasoline consumption change.
