Why dont Megatheriums spawn for me?

Have been looking for two weeks and killing ♥♥♥♥ left and right but I havent found a single Megatherium. Allos are similarly rare, with me only having found really one single good one so far, whereas Megatheriums just dont seem to spawn at all.
Is something with my file wrong?

They are spawning fine for me:

49 Wild Megatherium are up (and I have 2 tamed)

You can try the command to see if none are spawning for you. Idk what can be the reason, I think creature mods can mess up spawns but otherwise idk.
