Not retaining learnt Tek Engrams

I have killed Broodmother Gamma, Beta, Megapithecus Gamma, Beta and Dragon Gamma. The Tek engrams for them are all a red 0 when I double click on the Replicator it unlock but as soon as I close my inventory and reopen the Replicator has reset to a red0. What am I missing?

You cant craft a tek replicator in vanilla fabricator. Obelisk is the way. Or drops (unsure)

My mistake, yeah it's craftable at the Obs, once unlocked (no longer blacked out) don't need to "learn" them just unlock.
