Though I would follow up with the processor then the RAM after that.
I have 16GB RAM, my processor is the i5 8600k and I have a 3080. I can run the game decently well on high-mixed settings. My processor is my massive bottleneck if I ever run into any issues, my GPU is that much of an overkill.
I have never run into a RAM issue thus far but I think I will at some point or if I decide I want to have 50 chrome tabs, ASA and Netflix open at the same time.
Would be good to see if anyone disagrees with me or has better advice, but I am glad I was hopefully able to help.
I owned an AMD Radeon RX 580 too. I exchanged this to a new RX 7800 XT from Saphirre. I'm very satisfied with this new card. ASA is running fine, even with epic settings. The fans are very quiet.
I produce YouTube videos (channel Robbie's Games) and my video production program use the GPU to process videos. To compare the power of the cards: with my RX 580 a processing of a video with 1 hour length took 30 minutes. With the new RX 7800 it takes only 10 minutes now.
