How horrible is your nitrado service?

I got a server used it for 1 week, canceled my sub and removed any mention of Nitrado from my PC. I will eventually play on Unofficials run by people doing dedicated servers of there own.

Went back to hosting a Gportal Conan Exiles server instead.

I was playing fine on an unofficial server until the 14th, I first learned what rubber banding was when my thylacleo wouldn't jump properly. Now its me, and it's constant when I walk or jump. Everywhere I look people are telling me to reset my router (my fiber internet router isn't an issue xD) or they suggest going into the ini files and changing things myself..

Nitrado is dog sht. I think many of their servers are old equipment. They can't handle servers over 50 players very well and constantly crash. They even sent us an email apologizing about. On one crash the save file was somehow corrupted and the best they could do was load one from 2 days prior. Imagine losing 2 days. Of course it killed the server

They were four patches behind until all the server owners start to ♥♥♥♥♥ about it the discord. Also they do not have a default game.ini file at least facing the customer so they can see it. I suspect there is a ♥♥♥♥ show behind the scenes because its starting to show in places. We have had our server since the day after launch. Was good until they stopped patching. They are caught up now.

My only gripe is that the minimum is 20 slots. I just play with my family. I don't need anywhere even remotely close to 20 slots. Dropping the 10 slot option was a cash grab enabled by Wildcard giving exclusive server rights to Nitrado, so they have no competition, and no need to continue the cheaper slot option.

Sure they do. Click the "Config Files" link in the "Settings" section.

I know Im not what youre looking for and I only run servers for like 5 people max but everythings has been normal for me for the last few years. I cant say good or bad as I have nothing to compare it to.

I'm using Nitrado to host a server for me and 1 other person right now and I actually find it very user friendly and don't have any complaints other than I wish it didn't cost so much.

Its bad enough I cancelled my subscription to f*cktrado and started a dedicated server myself.

The server rental is overpriced and compared to Gportal their ui is missing a huge amount of option settings you are forced to hash out in the ini files. i give them a 5/10 just because ive had no issues staying connected or id rate them lower.

Yeah I just ran my own unofficial with the bois, it cost me 20 gigs of ram for 4 people but thats alot less than the cost of a nitrado server.
