QUESTION: Have TEK LIGHTS been removed?

In ASE, we had tek lights. But here iin ASA, I don't see them. Any advise?

I think tek lights might be a DLC thing so not in-game yet, Quick search make it looks like it's a ragnarok/gen1 thing but not too entirely sure.
