How do you make a Catwalk now?

So in my bases I used Catwalks all the time to free up floor space but I cant find the catwalk or any structure that makes it. Where is it or is it gone?

You can't, but using a vertical pillar is a good alternative.

If you nearly fill the weight up on a Sabertooth or Thyla, then whistle the 'Move To' command. The extra weight will stop them running and you'll have a cat walk.
