Mortar and pestel

I am having an issue where i can see narcotics even though i have learned the engram. I restarted my character, re downloaded the game. I am stuck with this. Are there any ideas the anyone has?

Pick up the mortar and pestle and place it back down again. I usually use mortar and pestle from mods and sometimes this happens after an update, but it might work on vanilla mortar and pestle too.
