Ark update and Nvidia Driver update

Ark update and driver update came at the same time, I'm kind of considering waiting on the driver for now. The way it's been going it will probably just break ark in some way.

playing before ark update with latest nvidia driver and I could use epic and frame generation without crashes (playing on 4090) before I couldnt use fg without crash

I always keep them up to date and Im getting crashes all the time. (4080)

I would personally wait. The last driver I was using was causing crashes. And once I rolled back it was all good.

I've already said it several times but I was using the one from October 10th and it was working out fine. I'm kind of afraid to take an update.... for now

I have crashed Every day since Day one. And I Mean EVERY DAY.

I am Very irritated with WC. I have been a customer ever since they launched Aberration.

I've been running the Nvidia driver all day and it didn't seem to change anything.. game still runs like garbage and crashes at least once every 20 minutes. The update just downloaded for me tho. Haven't played since the update yet.

At least you guys can update your game. Mine has hung up 3 times now. Currently reinstalling.

the game just finished the update and now it crashes before it opens. they literally broke the game for me

Check from the options you got fullscreen not a windowed mode, it removed my crashes almost completely, only times it crash now sometimes is when exiting and whole game freezes without any error messages.

I find exact opposite, Fullscreen mode was lots of crashes, but borderless mode no crashes and fractionally better FPS.

They was not only source of crashes tho, Menu transitions and Frame Gen and battle eye also caused lot crashes, since disabling them all and going borderless I not crashed since thankfully.

I have installed the latest Nvidia drivers from the 14th and I can finally use frame generation without my screen starting to shake and crash, now Ark for me is stable at 140 fps all in epic with frame generation on an RTX4090, I no longer have crashes
