How do you setup lighting in your base?

I can't seem to get lighting to look right. Do you guys have any tips of trick you use to make it look good?

So far the best I've found is putting directional lamp posts along the walls pointed to the center of the room, but it still looks like a white bloomy blob if I'm outside looking in

you can paint the lights... so like i painted some red...or you can yellow or pink tint them

Personally I use greenhouse windows and place the light outside, the bloom can be pretty overwhelming, and couldn't find a better fix for it. For instance, I started with a 2x2 square of glass on the roof and threw one omni directional light on top. Worked pretty well imo
