Game is a scam, Support is impossible to contact

Despite the obvious signs pre-launch that this game was a scam, I took a chance and bought it. After encountering bug after bug, I attempted to contact Wildcard's support. It's not possible to contact them through Steam, so I attempted to go through their website. Submitting a ticket doesn't work, and just redirects back to the home page. With this not working, I reached out to their support email. I immediately received an automated response telling me that it wasn't possible for them to offer any kind of actual support response, and that the only option is to submit a ticket through the website.

It's hard not to come to the conclusion that they sold a product they knew didn't and wouldn't work, and laughed their way to the bank while making it impossible to receive any kind of support. Steam needs to do the right thing and delist this.

Just Refund if you're having issues, why try and talk to them directly?

hard to understand what Early Access means i take it. complain afther its out of EA and dont be stupid, u chose not to wait yourself.

I'm not trying to be irritating but they did put this in early access because the game isn't finished. Not that I'm saying the amount of bugs and issues is acceptable.

The game is not a scam. Yes they released it before they should have under pressure from snail games. This is all over the internet. Its still playable. Unfortunately i can play a few hours and not crash unlike others. What are the " bugs " youre having issues with >?

First you need to register at the Website, then you can create a bug ticket.
