you used to be able to put in a ticket on officials/ a Gm would respond to your ticket and if they were able to help, fix the issue. I looked on the website and there are only two ticket options rn.
-ban appeal and developer wipe appeal
-reporting code of conduct violations

nothing else you can ticket.....

I venture to guess they have like 0 staff for customer support right now.

Steam release is a nightmare and Xbox just got delayed. PS has been indefinitely delayed at this point, likely until they actually fix performance/player reception. I would assume all hands on deck and they are setting priorities for resources. So many bugs/glitches/exploits and with ASE being an absolute ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on Officials, wouldn't be surprised if they're going hands off for official.

You might be able to get more help from the discord server; but i think the support tickets route through their website so it's most likely the same as Survivetheark.
