Unable to swim in the water

I was gonna go into the water to tame a megalodon with my baryonyx and Everytime i jump off my bary in the water, I'm unable to swim so when i fall through the water, i take damage also. does anyone else have this issue? I even tested walking into the water without mounts, still cant swim?

I had a similar issue yesterday in the upper south cave. I was unable to swim off the bottom of the pools of water in the cave. I could only swim on the back of a direwolf I had with me.

this happens to me regularly, literually anytime you jump off a land based tame when ontop of water.. killed me multiple times due to it - only way to fix it temporarily too is to log out/reload into the game.

Are you playing SP and using the console? I have found something with the fly command and mounting a dino can be funky. I have been able to use the console to fix it with fly again, then walk and I returned to normal. yeah i recently figured out with the fly command because there were times i had to use fly command to get to certain areas that my flyers got stuck in, ride them, type ghost to get them out, and when i realized, i type walk in the water, it fixes it. kinda annoying, since i hate doing console commands on the game, i wanna play normal but too many glitches, i even had to type ghost to get to artifact of the cunning, it was in the rock and not on top.
