Like they did for the entirety of the "original" Ark and it's DLCs? Allowing esp map hacking the entire time... Is it still a thing? Can anyone give legit validation yet? I'm assuming it'll continue but hoping that they are using some kind of anti-cheating strategy this go-around.

Even when provided video proof of people cheating, they chose to ignore people spawning dinos/tames into servers not connected with the DLC.

Given that the publishers themselves are well-known to be hackers when they play, there should be no hope by anyone for cheating to be removed from official servers. If it's a problem in-house, of course it will be in general.

People already encountering dupers/cheaters, give it more time everyone will run aimbot like ASE.

And this is why Official is absolute garbage. Cheaters, griefers, exploiters ruined so many things for the Official players, and even then, the Official players still complain about how awful Official is.

I'll always stand by this game being at it's best on a private unofficial PVE server.

When SWC has no proper support, doesn't fix exploits in timely matter and the publisher is allowed to cheat in their servers. *cough* Tea tribe. We have to all pretend its the cheaters fault that they cheat. Don't get me wrong there will be always cheaters I'm aware of this fact. But to the extend of this game no that's not acceptable. The sole reason people started cheating in mass is because they knew they can get away with it. Some smartaz would pop and say, but they can get banned and they would buy new copy of the game and cheat again. To that i say sure, but most cheaters don't have unlimited supply of cash, so even if that were the case, we wouldn't end up at every third player being aimbotter. They don't even pretend they are not cheating.

Why do people persist in trying to play on Official servers? They've been worthless cesspits since day one of Ark. It will never, ever change so stop wasting your time.

Yea server 2136, the alphas ‘bandit empire’ duped 99% of their stuff. One of their tribe members left because of this a brought LOTS of photo evidence showing their duped items and showing them duping, nothing done. Game is going to die
