Is it in range of a generator? Is the generator on?

edit: those are all on minimum light output btw
thats my "Lamp" in maximum Settings. Only difference. I am on a Raft (not that you would be able to tell dark as it is...)
Maybe there's something off with your lightning settings? I've never seen a night that dark in ASA at all. ASA nights are a lot lighter than ASE per default.
He writes without actually giving the correct details, and "no light at all" is not the same as "half a candle" so no wonder you asked the question you did. SMH as well at the sloppy original post. The guy needs to work on his writing skill.
Actually ASE was also that dark for me. Been like that for years. Just running default settings gamma wise etc. Ppl tend to tell my that it can not possibly be as dark as I am describing it untill they see screenshots then they are totally baffled xD
ASE was incredibly dark. I litteraly couln't see 50 cm without a torch. But ASA isn't dark at all for me. I can see perfectly fine at night, even in the forests it's okay.
At least for me thats true OP though no clue. According to google one of the last updates broke it and I just never realised due to now using the raft during nights apprently ^^
