Can't click on any UI after a certain point

Doesn't matter if it's in the settings, in the inventory, or even the main menu, the game eventually always ends up refusing to let me click on anything. The past 2 times I've opened the game I can't even click resume my last save... this is ridiculous lol

are you running windowed @ a different resolution than native? this can cause the issue... try full screen and see if it helps

Yeah I'm running full screen at 2160 × 1600 (my native resolution). I'll see if I can tweak some settings and hopefully make it playable. So many people are complaining about performance, but my laptop is doing just fine 75+fps on epic lol, but this UI issue is pretty much game-breaking.

Edit: whoops I was running windowed-fullscreen... didn't even know that was a thing, hopefully it works now

That's some laptop.. there are ui settings, maybe those help, but I'd start by reducing resolution down to 1080p.. see if it works, go up to 1440p and so on.. see when it starts to break. It probably is just an optimisation issue they haven't gotten around to fixing yet.. 2160x1600.. can you even see compys in your game.. must be like watching a pixel move.

Fullscreen seems to be the most buggy atm.. Windowed the least, Windowed fullscreen somewhere between.

So far running it in fullscreen has led to no UI bugs! Yeah I went big and grabbed a 4090 laptop, but honestly I think Nvidia frame gen carries as far as fps goes for anyone with gen 4000 cards. Funnily I just killed a compy, bro was camping my lil base. Hope this game gets patched ASAP. Have fun gaming!

I also have a laptop with 2160x1600 and an RTX 4090 and also had this issue today where I couldn't click anything on the bottom and right half of the screen. Somehow I fixed it by changing the windowed mode. The game is horribly optimized though, the DLSS looks very blurry even on quality mode. And the FPS is only 50-70.

Do you have an alienware m16/18, or something else? I get a constant 75-85+ fps with frame gen and DLSS on performance with every setting maxed out. I found it only dips around 60 when I'm holding a torch, likely cause of all those fancy UE5 lighting effects. Fullscreen mode completely fixed the UI issues for me.
