I think that this is the guy who was screaming about suing them over some EU policies regarding releasing games that are playable. I wonder if early access voids that, when you agree to purchase an incomplete game that may not be playable.

Also crying that a game is deemed unplayable if you need to disable all of the advanced graphics settings. Newsflash, pretty graphics aren't under the defined criteria of a playable game.

for real, some people seem to be missing brain capacity and common sense, I cant belive how many lost souls really expected Ark Sruvival Ascended out of all games to run flawlessly, and I even see some ppl saying the game is sh.it and they rather go back to cyberpunk... Like if that game had a better start, to me everyone who doesnt go into the game with the knowledge of it being early access and how wildcard works is just lost and its just exhausting seing ppl complain about something thats obvious. You gotta optimize the game for yourself just like in survival evolved, you gotta use console commands to make the game playable in certain situations, I remember having to go to low settings in the gen2 boss fight even w a completed game simply cuz the requirements jumped from map to map, and ark was, is and always will be buggy and not as good as ppl want it. yet its the only game like that which is why Im gonna upgrade my setup just for ark lmao, cant wait to continue on better settings, it may take multiple hours to optimize it but its worth it imo

There is hardly a new early access game without bugs, I agree with you @Kiwi but are you serious now that we players should pay money to take care of the bugs in our own way and fix them ourselves? what kind of player are YOU to write something like that and protect them?
As with so many other games, why doesn't anyone from the development team get in touch and tell us what's going on?
No, you make yourself a fake ACC and then give tips so as not to show yourself and think we won't fall for it and uncover it!
I LOVE ARK with all my heart and have not played so many hours of ARK 1 for nothing and wow has this become such a great and better game now and will now quickly increase my playing hours from ARK 1 significantly even.
But I thought about it for 1 week before I bought it because I was shocked by over 50% negative comments and reviews.
If you make so many things nicer and so many things better and actually put such a great game on the market, why not wait another 2 months and make it BETTER than ARK 1 and then release it with fewer problems? I'm so sorry and I just think it's a shame that another developer is putting a NOT finished game on the market and doesn't even want to make it better than all the other developers of other players before.
Who invented this early access omg!?! In the past you bought a finished game on a CD which was much better than today's junk with the early access and an unfinished game.
Something like that should be abolished immediately in my eyes just make quick money for a not finished game which WE players develop together with the developer team only that we players don't get any money for it because only the developers are cashing in heavily here!

I have a 3070 too, i7-12700KF, 32GB RAM and installed the game on a M.2 SSD, I average 50 fps on all high settings, 1080p and DLSS Quality

If I can manage 30 FPS, with fancy lightning, mostly stable, with a ryzen 5 3500x and a gtx 1070 at 900p, you can certainly run it better. My other computer has a i7-13700h and rtx 4080 (laptop) and can get 45-60 FPS with DLSS and everything on high and some items in Epic (no frame generation, it kind of breaks the lumen lightining after a while, wit frame generation could get 70ish FPS)

Its FINE! Go for it.

I'm using between medium and epic settings. Lows 40fps. Highs 80fps, average 55fps. Runs smooth and doesn't feel like low frames.

Scale down to 1080p and disable r.VolumetricCloud if you haven't already.

With those specs, you are uisng HEAVY console commands. Your shadows are off, your cloudes are off, and you are on Low preset, with multipe other settings turned off.

This is a visual upgrade, you would have been better off sticking with ASE.

I spent three grand on my card so yes, you're ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ right I expect better.
Also playing at 720p on the lowest settings does not count.
