Moving large amounts of items.

Is there something im missing? is there a way to move large amounts of items (heavy resources) quickly? Ive looked for the transfer gun in the mods to no avail. Anyone know of anything?

I just gave my dinos 4x scaling for weight since I think inventory management is the one of the least fun elements of any game and use an Argy specced for weight

Leveling Weight significantly is standard practice on player and creatures, even for PVP. 300 is very normal. Also utilizing natural weight reduction properties is expected; carry your stone on a Doed, etc.

All good points, and thats kinda what i have done so far. But not really what i meant, ( i should have been more clear). For example i meant more so, transferring all your raw metal off your ank in to a forge. Right now i have to take one stack at a time and transfer it from the dino to the forge individually, making large metal/stone/wood/whatever runs WAY more time consuming when trying to relocate those resources to their respective places.

Im not sure why (or if someone has please point me in the right direction) someone has not made a transfer tools or any S+ items/ structures.

(yes i know i could just strait up turn off weight or make it so that i can carry so much that it wouldnt matter. While i like to cheese sometimes i try not to THAT much. but maybe right now thats all that can be done?)

I just designed my base in a way that I dont need to move when transferring items. The forges and storage boxes are set up along window walls so that I can park my dinos outside and just quickly transfer everything by hand without having to move

You can throw stuff a lot farther in ASA than you could in ASE. So without mods, you can just design a base to get fairly close with a tame.

For mods, you can use Automated ARK, which has automatic pulling for the forge to take the metal from your tame and put it in the forge for you.

I would love it if there was a way to view all the local inventories and stack items in without physically walking to them.

I play the game 7 Days to Die also and there's a mod where you can just click a button to auto stack items in nearby crates without having to go here-and-there. Huge time saver!

There is a mod in ASA. Also in the game itself, there are dedicated storage boxes, but unfortunately, they make those locked behind a boss fight to get them. Seems kind of stupid when people could use them much sooner.

Thank you. i would have never found "Automated ARK" i have never heard of it in ASE always used S+ transfer ect ect. ill check this Automated ARK mod out thank you.

Automated ark mod has a remote control that transfers items from one target to another.

Qol+ mod also has a transfer tool like the s+ one from ASE.
