Which is PERFECT opportunity for someone to chime in with the above, isn't it! :D
Nope. Ain't playing that game. If Nitrado wants my money, they gotta prove they're worth it. This ain't proving anything but general incompetence and mild contempt for the end user, if you ask me.
Yep. I had my first server on Nitrado. Was a other game. Had 2 more for different games and after that, I was done with this company. The service was so bad. The server were extremely laggy, especially Minecraft server even WITH performance plugins etc. With Gportal, everything worked perfectly fine. The service is sometimes also not the best. But since nearly everything worked fine, I didn't needed that service much
Nitrado exclusive was one of the stupidest moves they've done to date. Their garbage overpriced servers with Arks sloppy coding was asking for disaster.
No, Nitrado are the blade for poor handling of the servers.
Software is fine enough that it work flawlessly on my home server machine, handling over 30 people without single crash, lags or ♥♥♥♥ like that. Fun fact, my machine cost less than year of nitrado sub.
If the hardware owner/maintainer can't handle their biggest commercial customer for ASA, I have no faith that a much smaller customer like myself would hope to get decent customer service OR a solid product.
This is particularly true if said server owner responds to criticism by blaming the customer and touting their 'money' and 'reach' as being sufficient[massivelyop.com] -- no mention of the quality of the product.
I think I got a pretty good grip here, what do you think?
