Nitrado server failing to start after over an hour?

Anybody else finding it impossible to start their Nitrado server?
I have stop and started it countless times trying to get it to apply any "updates" that are pending but nothing, and the server wont appear in the Unofficial list no matter what I do.

I have verified game data on steam to make sure there are no pending updates, my Game client appears to be on 26.6 but my server appears to be stuck on 26.3, I assume that is the issue - I can't get my server to update though.

I was playing fine about 8 hours ago, my game hasn't had any updates that I know about in that time, and as far as I can tell my server hasn't had any updates either but I can't verify that.

Really not sure what else I can do here besides wait for it to get fixed.

HEard of this and servers going into loop where try update and then restart on own over and over. I would say contact nitrado but people say they not getting responses.

You talking about an official server going down and not ever showing back up?? Cause official 5162 went down hours ago and never reappeared on the list. Its starting to feel like they erased all the progress we made from the day of the release......

He says nitrado in OP. So I am taking it he means one he rented. I could be wrong.

Its an unofficial server paid for through Nitrado.

Have you tried this? Maybe its not nitrado but steam caches?

is it stuck in a starting stopping loop? if so try a back up save as its likely the current one is corrupted if its doing that

Join the nitrado discord server and look for the pinned threads - theres one about boot loops - it usually because you tried to edit the server before it was fully up and running .... this isn't instant and can take a while. most people have this issue - you will see on their discord in the ark section its a common issue due to people being too eager to change settings.
