Does single player have autosave?

Does this game auto save ever in single player mode?

I can live with the game crashing randomly and often - pretty much expected reading about the game. But losing progress repeatedly because the game doesn't save or save often enough isn't cutting it.

Until you fix the incessant crashing you probably need to dial up the autosave frequency - or better yet - give US the option to pick it.

I should save ever 10-15min. Or at least thats what the settings show. But it seems to be a bit longer at times. You can for save it yourself also. either with the save button or using the saveworld command

I heard people saying that it wasn't working. I can't verify if that's true or not. I know I've definitely been crashing and losing progress.
I'm pretty sure it is supposed to be 15 minutes increments.

I'm sure the game probably immediately auto-saves when your dino does though. Lol

It has autosave. But unfortunately it is 100% broken, no matter what you set it at, it won't save. You have to hit escape and save manually every few minutes or you have no saves. And you have to do it every few minutes so you don't lose too much progress to crashes.

sp with this broken game is suicide. U will lost most of ur progress after crashes. So the best option is set up an dedicated server and play. So if ur client crashes, ur server will still be running, u do not will loose any progress.

My character is always where I left off, I hardly ever save so it seems like some sort of auto saving is happening.

Save on exit works. Autosave doesn't

Autosave does work for me, but it's sporadic.

When I could get in Autosave was hit or miss. I was manually saving before logout, and before I did anything suicidal :) Checking agro ranges etc to see if they changed.
