Freezing at Character creation

My game freezes when I get to character creation and it ♥♥♥♥♥ my pc because I can't exit ark or alt+tab and I have to restart my pc. I don't know why it does this (Need Help)

Restart with -dx11 under ASA > Properties > launch Parameter

After you create the character and Spawn, press ESC, Save, Exit.
Then launch without -dx11, in fact launch without any parameter.

Load the character and then when you're in the game:

Type this console command:
ark.VertexCountScaling 1

On the Settings MENU:
Global Illumination Quality: Medium
Disable HLOD = ON (right down)
UI => Disable Menu Transitions (left down)

No launch parameters

Do you have a fix for random freezes overall? My friend can stand afk for 15 minutes and nothing happens. But it seems like any interaction, especially with menus causes a permanent freeze without an error appearing.

This is actualy the only way i can run the game. Rtx 3060 24 gb ram i-9 9700. Let me please ask you something. Will i ever be able to run the game without the vestexcountscaling comand? My game freezes without the comand. Will any kind of patch make it any better or is it lost cause?

Hmm doesn't make much sense loading the game with dx11 on a 12 compliant card.. weird.

I found of late that only by disabling the clouds completely can i get 55 fps.. with clouds i get 15 :D Some clouds..

Apparently my 6550 xt is 11% better than a 3060.. I use global illumination on epic, but do the rest on default. All I tend to disable now are clouds.. sometimes fog. I avg 50-55fps.. and have never crashed on startup, except, when crashing from the game, it seems if you crash the best thing to do is to restart your computer. Then rejoin.. that said I so rarely crash now..
