Nitrado server keeps restarting? Anyone else having this problem?

Our server keeps restating every few minutes. Just wondering if anyone else is dealing with this as well?

I had this same issue and I removed a few mods and restored a back up and I got it to stop.

Happened to are server 2 days ago we sent in ticket and they could fix it, the file was corrupted so we had no choice but to wipe and start from scratch...hope that's no the case for yours...good luck!

happent to me too.. easy fix... there is probably a corrupt ArkTribe file. here is what I did

Stop the Server - Make sure it stays stopped. Wait 3-5 Mins
Opened FileZilla to Manage FTP
Went to ShooterGame/Saved/SavedArks/TheIsland_WP
Verifying Server is STOPPED, entered Save File and Searched for a LARGE ArkTribe file.
Deleted Offending .arktribe file from Live Server Folder (NOT the one on My PC)
Went to Nitrado Web Interface and Restarted Server

this fixed my problem

how big is a "large" ArkTribe file? mine appears to be 28.61 KiB

Where do I find "FileZilla"? that is not an option in Nitrado's interface, nor do I see it in their file browser.

you need to download FileZilla. and enter your server ip and stuff in there to modify Nitrado server files

I've been running the Canadian Experience for a couple months now and I have never had my server restart on it's own. But then again I host on my own metal, Is it possible they are under provisioning the hardware? What tier of server are you all using? Have you tries a larger tier, yeah it sucks to pay a month to month fee for unstable servers you don't own or control.
