To manually save you can type in "admincheat saveworld"
But it's better to just change the save frequency. The save function causes absolutely zero lag or hitches.
Ohhhh. I never thought about just trying "quit". I'm not the OP, but I was looking for this exact same thing.
So when running commands in the ASA dedicated server console (typing in the textbox and clicking the "Run Command" button) you still need to preface the command with "admincheat"?
The ASA dedicated server console is very different than the ASE dedicated server console. With the ASE server console, I always just used CTRL + C to save and exit, but that doesn't work on the new ASA one. I'll have to give the "quit" command a shot. Thanks!
Haven't been able to test that "admincheat saveworld" command in the in-game console yet, but I know that used to work as intended on ASE. Not sure if that changed at all on ASA though.
In the server window there is a chevron button in the top right. Click that to open the command line at the bottom. You can now type 'quit' and shutdown your server gracefully.
