Can't craft rex saddle?

I am level 97, have the rex saddle engram unlocked, have a smithy and all the items needed to craft... but its not allowing me to craft? Neither at smithy or by hand. Help?

Well it is only craftable in the smithy. So you have all the items in there? It will clearly indicate which are needed. I've crafted this recently, so I know it works (well at least for me). It can be crafted in a few other locations, but not in your inventory. Some saddles act like a smithy, so that is another place you can craft it.

mats go into smithy.

navigate menu in the smithy inventory (search rex or saddle or something) and craft in the smithy.
