Some Server Settings Change While Others Wont

Have a self-hosting server set up with steamcmd. When I change settings in the server files, some settings change while others don't. Example - Harvesting multiplier and double item stacks work when changed in the files. Breed settings (mating interval, hatch speed, maturation speed) and flyer carry will not change in game even when changed in the files. Any ideas to a solution for this?

it's not just server, SP is having the same issues, i.e some of the baby settings don't seem to work nor do the allow flyer speed leveling.

I was able to get copies of someones game.ini and gameusersettings files via asking players in Arks Official Discord. I erased everything in my servers files and then copy and pasted everything from their files. This solved the problem for me, so I assume I had a bunch of text/settings in the wrong files or places. I will post the text used in both files below. (Note; the number values listed are from the copies I was given and are NOT vanilla settings, nor my own chosen server settings, so adjust the values in your files as wanted once copied. For example, it seems stats of dino tames are strong with the file settings I was given, MaxPlayers is set to 20, harvesting amounts are increased, etc.)

***Another note; If your server did not create a "Game.ini" file, there is a way to make the server create one. Someone else did this for me, but a reddit thread said to exit the server through server commands (there is a command line that is in the server console after running the batch file). Someone said the command is "cheat doexit" without quotation marks.

***Note; I do not know if this works with single player or not, someone would have to test it. This worked for a server run through steamcmd. Hope this can help somebody, though.

***Another note; If your server did not create a "Game.ini" file, there is a way to make the server create one. Someone else did this for me, but a reddit thread said to exit the server through server commands (there is a command line that is in the server console after running the batch file). Someone said the command is "cheat doexit" without quotation marks.

Shout out to everyone here thank you was super helpful. Just wanted to add one thing. For anyone trying to do this for xbox severs and you don't own a steam copy of the game. You have to make the game.ini file it won't be there for you already. But thanks to everybody here that made it easy.
