Dedicated Server help?

Anyone have a good tutorial to start a small server on a dedicated pc? I have tried and am able to join myself but friends timeout when trying to load in. Thanks in advance.

I have setup ports 7777, 7778 and 27015 also disabled firewalls on my pc and router. I used to run a server for about 5 friends for Ark:se but for some reason its not working for me on Ark:sa.

I may do this when i get time, I work full time too so my time is limited.

Open port 27020(default vs x15 for Evolved), for the router AND the pc the server is on.
