Female Character Keeps Growing Beard?

Just trying to see if anyone has input for me; my female character keeps growing a beard despite "current facial hairstyle" being "none." I've cut it off with scissors now but it keeps growing back??

Yeah, my palest pale female in creation looks.... dirty in game. Not even a nice tan. Like she rolled around in a mud puddle.

i tried to make mine a pale Asian and she looked almost black at one point. Then heavy tanned another. Doesnt bother me, but did confuse me for bit thinking I had wrong character lol

To help give an idea of what I'm experiencing; I cut it off with scissors and by the time I put the scissors away and press i to look again, it's back. I'm really so confused how this is happening lol

Update: created a whole new character and the facial hair was back within minutes. I thought maybe it was just because I loaded up an existing saved template, so I went to create a new one from scratch... well I couldn't adjust hair length at all. Greyed out. Not allowed.

Currently verifying files. To add to the weirdness, everyone in the server could hear me from the beyond as if my push to talk was on *while I was in character creation*

Anyone else on server getting same issue? Maybe its server side. Though.. I wouldnt think so.

Do we have to take a bath once in awhile? I noticed my cloth armor getting dirty. Is there a bath item I don't know about?
