Dedicated server max player count resets to 70 players.

I'm hosting a server and every time I start the server it resets the player count cap to 70. I have the correct setting in the gameusersetting.ini, iv added it to my batch file after my query port. Iv followed all the guides online. Am I missing a file ini that's loading that particular section to overwrite what iv set? Has anyone else had this happen?

Set it via command line:

TheIsland_WP?listen -WinLiveMaxPlayers=35

Alright ill try that, I did not have the WinLiveMaxPlayers, just MaxPlayers. I'll try it when I can later thankyou.

Yes, MaxPlayers only works for ASE. -WinLiveMaxPlayers works just fine. Didn't try WinLiveMaxPlayers in the ini though.
