it hilarious that i have to use the 'potato' preset to be able to run this game at 50+ FPS on my 4080
I have a 4080 super
Had to turn off frame gen because the input delay got too bad.
Capped my fps to 60 at 1440p. Everything on high with resolution scale at 80. Average around 50-50 fps most of the time
I have a boat base so having a clear map is pretty important for navigating streams and creeks.
Edit: oh, and thank you for the post. This is a life saver on Xbox, i put a few of these codes in and i can actually see where I'm going now! Someone should bundle these codes into a mod so that way we can just install it all at once, seriously I compare the graphics to taking my glasses on and off, it's that bad... so thank you for your hard work, I appreciate you 🙏💕
Yes this is actually a great command most people can use and doesn't cause memory leaks like forcing streaming off would, but with the same benefits. At most you may see textures reload in once in a while.
alternatively, r.Streaming.FullyLoadUsedTextures=1
