How do I turn on damage numbers?

I have seen youtubers that can see how much damage they are doing when attacking something, but I can't seem to find it anywhere in my options. Would be really nice to have on, so I can compare weapon damage and when I am actually hitting the target or not.

its under the game options for solo play, if yer on a server i think that's controlled by the admin, and i have no idea what the settings are for Official servers.
