Do you hear the fan running when it's at 110?
If not, then it is an issue with your software control for the card. Try setting up a fan curve and double check that the fans indeed are running while the card is above 60c
110C means the gpu has a some issue with the fan or the thermal paste or there is poor circulation in the case. It is throttling which is why you get low fps.

You may also want to try undervolting the card for extra thermal headroom.
I can definately hear them running, even with headphones full blast, 1500 rpm each on the gpu, case fans 2000. Thanks for the help though
