This should fix ALL Crashes

For whatever reason Ark cant handle the DLSS file being the newVersion 3.5.10

so you have to replace it with the older .dll Version of 3.5.0 manually

Its very easy:


1st

download nvngx_dlss.dll Version 3.5.0

IT IS ABSOLUTELY CRUCIAL THAT YOU DOWNLOAD THE CORRECT ONE!!!
: if you download it it should say: nvngx_dlss_3.5.0.zip - 3.5.0 NOT 3.5.10 or anything else!

2nd

Find the nvngx_dlss.dll file Version 3.5.10 that is crashing your Game

It should be located in:

\steam\steamapps\common\ARK Survival Ascended\Engine\Plugins\Runtime\Nvidia\DLSS\Binaries\ThirdParty\Win64

Note: There is also another file in there called nvgnx_dlssd.dll that is NOT important at all - dont do anything with it.


3rd

replace the nvngx_dlss.dll in the Win64 Folder with the nvngx_dlss.dll file that you downloaded by dragging and dropping it into that folder.

Note: If it doesnt ask you if you want to replace the file with the file that you downloaded you did something wrong.


DONE!



It`s is such a simple measure yet the Developers dont seem to be able to fix it...

I have 2 files in this folder, next to the one you mention i have also nvgnx_dlssd.dll
is that supposed like this or do i need to delete this second file? since in the downloaded 3.5.0 version is only 1 file

well, that i do not know, so i ask, it could be that others maybe dont have this file and for whatever reason it is there in my folder, which could indicate a mistake or something else, so i sure try to find that out^^

thanks for the idea, but the process of replacing the file is very simple, just i didnt understood at first what the other file is....
additional software is always sort of extra unneeded clutter

I didn't crash yesterday night I kept manual saving also that's how bad it is for me I hate the rollback, but I did see someone suggest putting the 60fps in video down slightly so I put it at 55fps instead and I didn't crash not sure if I was just lucky or it actually helped

make sure to replace the right file nvngx_dlss.dll not nvngx_dlssd.dll or whatever
and also make sure you download the correct one >version 3.5.0 not 3.5.10
