"Full" Official PVP Servers

Whenever I try to join any official pvp server no matter the player count it always says "full" can someone elaborate or help me?

go play on some good unofficial. There are many communities that support their servers 24/7, including new maps, clusters etc.

... and you actually get some civilised server rules on both pve and pvp.

I purchased a dedicated server for it so that people could play for free on unofficial for this exact reason. It's awesome because it's 5x taming, 2.5x harvesting, 20x maturing and no-wipe! It's called "notPIXEL" - Come check it out; it's different then official servers because it has 192GB of ram.
