Fix for resolution scaling?
Is there any fix for the resolution scaling? Every other time they update it gets stuck at 90%. Changing it back to 100% or 0% does not change the resolution at all.

i dunno but i can confirm the resolution scale does nothing what so ever... maybe you can with nvidia control panel tho... anyone done that yet?

im using the scaler inside GeForce Experience, since the game is supported there, and im playing at 80%, nice boost of 15-20fps.

The ingame one does nothing, its broken.

at launch it was linear. This res slider uses UE5 TSR, an upscaler. It does change resolution, but 0% isn't 0% resolution, it's probably 40-50% TSR resolution from what I am seeign on my 1080p screen. it's misslabeled right now, simply. You can't notice a difference because TSR is quite good (fr) especially if you are at 1440p or 4k you probably wouldn't even notice if it was at 0%. They need to make it so it goes lower

Quite good, its not working is what it is mate, when i cant tell any diffrence when sliding it around, its not working. Belive me, we would be able to tell if it kicked in.

I am able to tell it's on on my 1080p screen when it's at 0%

i have no visual change, nor fps change, so clearly its not working. Other posts has stated this too. Thats why im using an external scaler, atleast that does what scaling is suppose to

Keep in mind that it won't take effect until you hit apply and that it may not even affect the UI at all. If you remember evolved was able to go full 4K with the UI but the game didn't change from 1080p.

I dont know why you guys are arguing against it, it literally is not working for me same as this guy. I think i can speak for both of us saying we know how to hit save. The resolution slider in game simply does nothing. The game is exactly the same at 0% and 100% at the moment, where last night before update the game looked actually pristine and the slider worked.

Pretty much this, dont know why i even bother.

nope I went back in game and it definitly works, I go from 31 to 44fps moving from 100 to 0 and it looks a bit blurrier although the edges are all very well maintained. It looks like native 1080p with worse texture quality. Very impressive upscaler, too bad it doesn't work rn apparently for some (;

well you just proved it right there, its not working. Going from 100% to 0% and gaining 10ish fps means its not working.

If it was working, you would gain 50+fps if you know what resolutionscaling even does. That means you are playing at a VEEEEERY low resolution and the game should be blasting frames out.

so, not working.

like I said it's not linear(mb I mean it's not really a percentage). It was however when the game launched, and you could actually set the game to 1% res.

Yesterday when you used the resolution slider it actually changed the resolution. Post update today it no longer makes any change at all and is actually just useless. Linear non linear doesnt matter. The feature just simply is broken right now.

I am 100% convinced that you are not running the game at a resolution where it would matter, let alone change anything for you.

why are you still saying it is useless when clearly it does something. The issue is that they don't let it go low enough. They don't let us upscale from low enough render resolutions. I can see this becoming an issue at 1440p and 4k, but at 1080p you wouldn't want to go below what it gives you when set to 0 because it starts looking pretty bad. I personnally set it to 20, works great.

I am done arguing with you. You have no idea what youre talking about acting like the other dude and i with the same issue are wrong. It does not work at the moment. IT CHANGES NOTHING, WHEN YESTERDAY IT ACTUALLY DID CHANGE. Please stop trying to help people when you dont have the ability to.
