try to find the setting/command to unlock engrams per level

I was watching a streamer play with some friends on a private server and they had so when you level up you get all the engrams for that level. I trying to find how to do that in my single player game. The streamer i watch is Fairlight_Excalibur, and he join on MaryMaybe server. just trying to find how they did that LUL

Thanks, had to luck up were the game.ini is but finally figured it out

Or just hit the '`' key above the 'Tab' key and then start typing "give" or "engrams" and you can see the various commands in the game. I believe the right one is "giveengrams".
